“My next door neighbor and I wanted to have pressure relief valves installed. Our city water pressure sometimes fluctuates to over 120 psi, which can be dangerous in our almost 50 year old homes. Airco technicians showed up when promised, gave a good description of what they would do, and a decent price. Their technician came the following day, did a great and neat job installing the valves and testing them. I would call them again for a plumbing problem with no hesitation.”

“I was hit by a company vehicle last night they were parked in my apartment complex & not a resident they were visiting someone. “Juan and Francisco came out to complete a new HVAC installation that had begun the day before. Although I was supposed to have a media filter installed on the same day, they unfortunately overlooked this detail on the installation report and forgot the part. However, it was not a significant issue. All three technicians who came to install the system were professional and very respectful—a recurring theme with this company. Fortunately, Juan and Francisco returned the very next day to finish the job. I really appreciated their thoroughness in explaining what they had done. It makes a significant difference when workers are both kind and meticulous. This attention to detail is one of the reasons I chose AIRCO. “During a routinely scheduled maintenance our technician, Martin, predicted a likely part failure that would have ultimately decommissioned our A/C and potentially done equipment damage. A condenser necessary to power initial startup of the compressor was at a fraction of capacitance. He replaced the part and cleaned the external coils of our 10 year old Carrier unit. This is exactly the reason why routine preventive maintenance is worth it. Martin presented the options and warnings of a potential parts failure in a way that was understandable without being alarming.
